| Old Quarrier's Cottage was completely renovated in 2005 and we bought it in June 2009 as an ideal "partner" to Holly Cottage - just 2 doors away. Special features include a beautiful polished granite fireplace, solid oak floors and very tasteful furnishings. We love it - we're sure you will too! The CD player, Sky TV, together with the books, maps & games are there for you to enjoy. The Cottage has electric heating throughout. |

The kitchen is fitted out and equipped to a very high standard and includes; cooker with hob, microwave, toaster, combined washing machine & dryer, fridge and freezer, whilst the floor is finished with natural slate tiles. |
| The shower room is simply wonderful: A thoughtful layout combines plenty of floor-space & a large walk-in shower, all finished with tasteful ceramic tiles on the walls & the floor. |

The tranquil bedroom is to the back of the Cottage, overlooking the garden. It is a peaceful room with quiet colours and soft furnishings to help you get a good night's sleep. |
To the rear of the Cottage, you have your own private garden with ample parking space, outdoor table & chairs and drying green ......ideal for sitting out and watching the world go by! |
